Local Hall Of Fame

Forms and Applications

Each year the RCUSBC honors local bowlers for their accomplishments both on and off the lanes through induction into the Local Hall of Fame.  Below is a list of the various Hall of Fame categories with links that explain each category and links to the applications.  If you know someone that is deserving of induction into the Hall of Fame please let a board member know or follow the directions and fill out the necessary paper work and submit finished paper work to the Hall of Fame Committee.


It is important that the paper work is filled out completely and an autobiographical letter is written as this the information that the committee uses to determine who should be recommended for induction.

If you know someone that is deserving of one of these awards please let a board member know or follow the directions and fill out the necessary paper work and submit finished paper work to the RCUSBC Board of Directors.
